Street workout is a physical activity performed mostly in outdoor parks or public facilities. It originated in Ancient Greece, but became a popular movement in Russia, Eastern Europe,[1] and the United States, especially in New York City’s urban neighborhoods.

 

It has now spread all over the world. It is a combination of athletics, calisthenics, and sports.[3] Street workout is a modern name for bodyweight workouts in outdoor parks. Street workout teams and organized competitions exist……

 

The most popular exercises are

Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Muscle-Ups, Sit-Ups, Crunches, etc…

Street workout also involves some static/gymnastic holds like Human flag, Front and Back lever, Planche, etc…

    Hi

    Im currently weighing at 95kg and height is 190. I went through the Madbarz Fat removal picture which i must do a routine of exercises, however im not sure weather i should start with that or i should do the basic beginning one. Kindly advise on this

      Hi Desmond,
      Sorry I missed this.

      You can start in any order as these are all beginner workouts. Pick one and do it three times a week. Switch to another one the next week, and keep with that pattern for awhile. You will see results.
