Insanity Max30 P90X3 Hybrid

90 Days of Power and Strength Training and Total Body Conditioning

 

This 90 day Insanity Max30 P90X3 Hybrid plan is designed to take an already intermediate level conditioned athlete to the next level.

 

Insanity Max:30 already provides an elite level cardio and endurance conditioning plan that will push you to your peek potential.

 

By mixing in specific P90X3 Strength and Power workouts, we’ll be working on taking things to an elite athlete’s level – all in roughly 30-45 minutes a day.


You will need:  

Insanity Max:30,
The Insanity Max:30 Abs upgrade
and P90X3
+ the P90X3 Elite Block Disks.

In this hybrid program, you will build a foundation in month 1,

increase strength in month 2, and build athletic power in month 3.

 

All the while Insanity Max:30 will help us in each phase along with providing athletic movements and a structure for agility, speed, and coordination.

I created this plan because I wanted to mesh the two worlds together for my own personal needs.

Day 7- (Saturday) – Rest— or X3 Dynamix– or Max30 Pulse
